Regularly scheduled administrative and consultative UNA Plans are recommended for ongoing, proactive network management. This program will provide regular visits by a systems engineer\account representative team and will enable the network to be proactively managed on a regular basis. The Administrative UNA Plan visits will be used to complement the ongoing projects needed to advance the technology capabilities of the company. These visits will be used to address any end user issues as well as to provide proactive network administration.

UNA Plan Support Program

The result of our investigation will be a custom-made support schedule\technology plan designed to address all pertinent support and business development issues for the coming year. This includes both regularly scheduled administrative support visits as well as scheduled consultative meetings with the UNA account rep.

Account Rep Meetings and Consultation

The account rep will regularly schedule meetings with your company’s management on prescheduled dates to discuss particular business issues or problems that can be facilitated or solved through the implementation or expansion of technology. During these visits, the account representative will also conduct an administrative check on all servers and main components of the network, as well as handle any immediate technical issues with management and IT personnel as a trusted advisor on all technology based business needs. Your account representative is your main point of contact with UNA and in addition to his role as advisor to management, also manages any other UNA employees or services working with your business. This includes management of systems engineers and technicians assigned to your account, solutions design and recommendations, sales of hardware and software products as well as scheduling and deployment of support staff for pre scheduled projects or admin visits. Since all UNA account reps are also systems engineers, they often work hands on with your network providing anything from administrative support to solutions implementation.
